RipeOrange produced MOMS Orange County’s first ever Baby Olympics & Fair at the Irvine Spectrum Center. Local Babies and families participated in Olympic-themed contests and activities to encourage families to get out and get active this summer.
On Saturday, August 11th, MOMS Orange County will hosted the first-ever MOMS Orange County Baby Olympics & Fair in celebration of their 20th Anniversary. The event, presented by Kaiser Permanente took place in the Giant Wheel Court at the Irvine Spectrum Center from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. This family-friendly event was designed to encourage families to get out and get active this summer. In celebration of this year’s games, the event featured Olympic-themed activities, contests, prizes, and entertainment, and also built awareness of the programs and services offered by MOMS Orange County. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun, family-friendly activities, including a Bean Bag Shot Put Competition, 3.6 Meter Diaper Dash, Baby-Olympian Costume Contest, face painting, balloon artist and more. In addition, there was information booths from MOMS Orange County, Kaiser Permanente, OC Family Magazine, The Sili Company, Southern California Edison, and Union Bank.
